Whether you’re an entrepreneur in the start-up phase or the CEO of a mature business, it’s the right time to pay attention to the culture of your enterprise.  Join Mary Stacey and the Kingbridge Collaboration Institute for two interactive workshops:

Session 1 (October 8):  Developing Collaborative Leadership
Research illustrates that leaders who can facilitate collaboration create more sustainable enterprises.  Learn the benefits of developing your capacity to be a more collaborative leader. Assess your leadership using the Leadership Development Framework from Torbert and Rooke’s award winning article The Seven Transformations of Leadership (Harvard Business Review, 2005). Leave the session with new ideas about how you can facilitate deeper collaboration in every relationship.

Session 2 (December 3):  Leading in a Collaborative Culture
Determine how to cultivate high "CQ" across your enterprise--the cultural intelligence that enables effective partnership with diverse stakeholders. Learn the value of creating collaborative leadership cultures, and of engaging in collaborative inquiry that will result in greater agility, innovation, and commitment to follow-through within your enterprise. Leave the session with a strengthened understanding of the connection between your own leadership and your enterprise culture.
